Labor journal 3/22

1. For this class, I spent most of my labor working on my body paragraphs. I had to go back through my annotations to find good quotes that fit in with my main points. Then I spent some more time writing my introduction which was kind of hard for some reason.
2. Some main take aways/something new was writing my essay in not an order I am generally used to. Starting with the body paragraphs was really weird but I found it more effective in putting my ideas in words and displaying them in a paragraph form. However, writing my introduction really through me off and I found myself having a hard time writing it, I don't know if it was because it was a "research intro" or because I was writing it after my body paragraphs.
3. I feel great about my labor this week, I think I put in the time that was necessary and that I had in writing my paragraphs and re-reviewing my article. However, next time I want to spend some time in a quite room and work on it without any distractions (I'll turn my phone off).
4. My labor plan for this class on break is to read some chapters of the book. If I'm being honest, my break is not going to be a break at all because I have a large workload, especially with my internship. But I will try to make time and read as much of the book as I reasonably can.
