This week, I am facing a challenge of getting my sleep schedule back to its original routine which consisted of naturally waking up at 8 am rather than needing an alarm to wake me up because I've noticed that when an alarm wakes me up, my whole day turns out very unpleasant. It has been hard adjusting and I've been feeling very sleep deprived, lack of energy and lack of motivation. However, as the days are going by, I feel myself adjusting to going back to school and getting my old sleep schedule back anytime in the next week or so.
